It’s hard to believe but it’s been a decade since the Harbor Watch Motel opened. Now, 10 years on a tiny island off the coast of Maine with 327 year-round residents (1,000 in the summer) ought to make one hardy, independent, and self-sufficient. Well, it’s made me goofy, restless, and occasionally, a little indecisive on whether to stay or sell – like every other day.
